List of documents:
- Visa type D from the Greek Consulate of the place of residence or visa type C in combination with a contract for rent or purchase of housing.
- Declaration that no services will be provided to employers in Greece.
- Employment contract or work contract with the applicant for a residence permit, acting either as an employee or self-employed. If the applicant has an individual entrepreneur, an extract indicating the legal address, activities and goals of the individual entrepreneur is required. The terms of the contract are from 2 years (in the case of a residence permit) and 3 years (in the case of a D + residence permit visa).
- The applicant's monthly income (after paying all taxes) must be 3500€. The amount increases by 20% if the applicant is accompanied by a spouse. In the presence of children +15% for each child.
* Income is confirmed by employment contracts, as well as a bank statement.
* Family members are children of both and one of the spouses (unmarried, minors, relatives and adopted children).
- Fee: €1000 per applicant, €150 per family member.
- Birth certificate of the applicant and family members, marriage certificate, etc. With Apostille.
*Absence from the country is allowed up to 6 months a year.
